Is the store open?
The store is temporarily closed from 5.30pm Monday 23rd March until further notice, for the safety of our customers and colleagues.
Can I buy online?
Unfortunately, due to the closure of the store and logistics partners, we are unable to fulfil online orders.
Can I contact you?
You can still contact us using the email@example.com email address and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible. Please be mindful that enquiries relating to availability of stock, for example, we'll be unable to provide a definitive answer, due to the closure.
If I have a Chargecard and unable to pay will I pay any interest?
All customer accounts will be suspended until further notice, and Chargecard customers will not be charged interest on their accounts for March and until further notice.
Can I make an online payment to my Chargecard account?For those that have the facility to make payments online then please see reverse of your statement for more information under the 'payment by online banking' section.
If I want to report a customer service issue, or have another question, how do I get in touch?
You can still contact us using the firstname.lastname@example.org email address and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible. Please bear in mind many of our suppliers and other external companies will also be closed, so responses may take longer than usual.
Is there an extended returns policy?
In these difficult times we still want to give you the best possible customer service levels, and in line with John Lewis, any purchase made after 24th February 2020 will be returnable up to 35 days after the store reopens, as long as the item is in saleable condition with proof of purchase.
If I have an outstanding order, how do I contact you about it?
In general, this will only include 'big ticket' items such as furniture and domestic appliances, etc. and we have endeavoured to contact everybody to update. We can't give further updates at this time, but again will do so upon any information we receive.
If I want to cancel an order, how do I do it?
Due to the closure of the store we're unable to accept any cancellations or provide a refund, at this time and until the store is re-opened and we're able to speak with the supplier and yourself.
When is the store going to reopen?
Like all businesses we're following Government guidelines and will re-open when the time is right and we're confident in the safety of customers and staff.
