We're delighted to be bringing you yet another superb in store experience during March. Our vegan masterclass will take place on Tuesday 3rd March from 11.30am.

That's right, we're cooking up a treat for you in store as we welcome Masterchef Professionals semi-finalist Adam Leavy to our independent store on The Moor. Adam, who heads up vegan restaurant Alvarium in Manchester, will be demonstrating a three-course menu that will impress even the most avid meat eaters.

Specialising in vegan fine dining small plates, he is carving out a solid reputation for quirky, fun and extremely technical dishes. This vegan supremo will be serving up beer-battered lettuce, shiitake bacon, pistachio macaroni cheese and more for you to try in store.

Here's what Adam will be cooking up on the day:

Starter 11.30am
Beer battered lettuce, shiitake bacon, tomato salsa, red pepper and chilli jam, chive mayonnaise.

Main 12.30pm
Pistachio macaroni cheese, roasted squash bon bon, sweet potato strings, mint oil.

Dessert 1.30pm
Apple & Yuzu rice pudding with hazelnut coated popcorn.
